AES just completed the first half of Bellefield, which will become the largest solar + storage facility in the US. The 1,000-megawatt (MW) Bellefield 1 project in Kern County, California, includes 500 MW of solar and 500 MW of four-hour battery storage, all under a 15-year contract with Amazon.
[pdf] South Korea has advanced its floating renewable energy plans with the completion of a landmark solar project at Imha Dam, east of the city of Andong. The facility delivers 47 MW of capacity, which is the largest floating PV installation on a multipurpose dam in the country, the company said.

[pdf] The project name is Energy Storage No.1 Project, located in the Energy Storage Industrial Park, Hetao Street, Chengyang District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China, which is scheduled to start construction by the end of September 2023 and be completed and put into operation by the end of December 2024.
[pdf] Over 2.236 million photovoltaic (PV) solar panels have been installed, with the total number of PV panels set to reach approximately 3.959 million upon the project's completion next year. The solar park’s current production capacity is 3,860MW, with an additional 800MW under construction.
